Perfect and the best price I found both on the internet and at my local stores. Only drawback is that the lights do not have a photo-electic cell to turn on at dusk & off at dawn. A timer is required if you want them to come on and off at a specific time.

• "Terrific Small Fountain Pump!"

This small pump is a real dynamo! We have it in an outside standing fountain and haven't had one problem with it. I bought this to replace a similar pump I purchased at a local garden store. That pump cost me almost $70.00 and lasted less than 2 months! This terrific pump from Amazon was less than $15.00!

• "Minor Problems"

I purchased this item in March of this year but did not open it until May. When I did, I found the bowl of the item broken. I contacted Amazon.com and they very nicely sent me a replacement without asking for a return. When I opened the replacement the base was broken. By combining parts I was able to put together a fountain that worked. The instructions say to open the pump to maximum. If you do that, most of the water will splash out very rapidly. I now set it at half of the opening. As it is, I still have to refill the fountain every day and turn it off when I'm not going to be home so the pump will not burn out. A piece of the water supply tube from the pump broke off today but so far it has not affected the flow of water. It is one of the best looking fountains I have seen but the packing quality for shipping is extremely poor (the styrafoam is the worst I have ever seen used for shipping) and I am still not sure how good the quality of the fountain is.
